    Land Acknowledgement
CCLT acknowledges that all of the lands and waters in which we live and work are the traditional unceded ancestral homelands and sacred spaces of native peoples from more than 100 nations, who inhabited, and still inhabit, these lands. Many of CCLT’s member land trusts are actively working with local tribes to return ancestral lands. They are also partnering with tribes to exchange knowledge and share resources towards traditional stewardship of conserved lands. For more information about the Indigenous territories and lands on which you live and work, visit Native Land or Digital Atlas of California Native Americans.
