The Land Trust of Napa County is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to preserving the character of Napa County by permanently protecting land. In its 45-year history, LTNC has completed over 225 projects and protected 86,000 acres.

The Land Trust offices are located just outside of downtown Napa. We offer competitive salary, paid vacation and sick time, health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits and family friendly policies. Our team consists of motivated and passionate individuals who care deeply about our mission and enjoy working together.

The Membership and Database Coordinator (MDC) is a full-time position that is responsible for supporting the Development Department in meeting organizational, administrative and revenue goals by managing the database and membership program. The MDC has primary responsibility for the Land Trust’s Raiser’s Edge database, including gift processing, data integrity and management, database administration, reporting, analysis and optimization. This position requires attention to detail, a good balance of technical database administration skills and the ability to understand data requests and how to translate them into queries. The MDC reports to the Development Manager and works closely with other staff, board and volunteers to ensure the effective support of the Land Trust’s membership, major donor, Legacy Society, corporate partners, and outreach programs while providing support in all aspects of the donor engagement cycle.
