Mission Statement: Our mission: Transition Habitat Conservancy protects transition zone and wildlife corridor ecosystems
and their scenic, agricultural, and cultural resource values in the West Mojave Desert. We provide
education about the fragile and inspirational nature of our desert plants, animals, and ecosystems to
reconnect people to nature.

Saving land for public use , preserving ecosystems, creating linkages for wildlife, watershed protection, educating youth about our natural resources and the importance of preservation.
Areas Covered: San Bernardino & Los Angeles Counties.
Protected: 4,034 fee title acres and 1,815 conservation easement acres
