Conservation Law Forum

The Conservation Law Forum is a roundtable discussion among attorneys with land trusts, state and regional agencies and firms to learn, discus and help shape conservation law in California. This fall, CLF will take place at the Save the Redwoods League Office. You will be able to call in to the meeting via video for the first time ever. Register here.

Solar rights: current legislation and its interpretation; reconciliation of conflicts between Solar Rights Act and conservation easement statute.  Drafting to protect conservation values in light of the Solar Rights Act.
