CCLT Conservation Forum: October 2023

CCLT’s Conservation Forum is a roundtable discussion at which we learn, discuss, and help to shape conservation practice and conservation law in California. The Conservation Forum provides a deep dive into a small number of topics at each meeting. This session will address timely topics including subordination, Ag issues, and avoiding appraisal hassles related to donated easements.

This Forum will be virtual only via Zoom. (Zoom link to be provided with registration confirmation.) Register using the form below. recording will be sent to all registered participants after the event.

You may register to receive four (4) legal continuing education credits (MCLE). None of the credits may be claimed for required MCLE in legal ethics, elimination of bias, or competence issues.
