Conservation Law Forum

The Conservation Law Forum is a roundtable discussion among attorneys with land trusts, state and regional agencies and firms to learn, discuss and help shape conservation law in California.  The Forum convenes three times per year (usually March, June and late fall) to discuss current legal cases in California, to improve conservation practice in California, to consider and prioritize emerging legal and policy issues for conservation lands, and to review strategies and provide guidance for meeting these challenges.  It is open to attorneys with land trusts and public agencies and to others by invitation.
